The many friends of Mrs. M.A. Preston were grieved to learn of her death, which occurred Wednesday night, at her home on West Munson street.  She had been a long sufferer from paralysis and owing to her advanced age she was compelled
to succumb.
Mrs. Preston had been a resident of Denison for many years, and was loved by all who knew her.  The funeral was conducted from the Episcopal church at 10 o'clock Thursday; interment in Fairview cemetery.
