(Mokane, Missouri) Thursday, February 17, 1944 James Edgar Farley, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Farley passed away at Denison, Texas, at 8:45 p.m. Friday, February 11, according to word received here. He was 24 years of age and the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Farley, who have an adopted son. Besides his parents and adopted brother, he leaves a grandmother, Mrs. James Farley of Denison; 2 grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.M. Adams, of Fulton; and a number of aunts a nd uncles who are joined by a host of friends to mourn his passing. The Mokan Missourian (Mokane, Mssouri) Thursday, April7, 1949 Mrs. Farley Dies in Denison, Texas. Word has been received of the sudden death of Mrs. Clifford (Bertha) Farley of Denison, Texas. No details concerning her death were learned at the time of this writing with the exception that she suffered a stroke of paralysis and passed away enroute to the hospital. Mrs. Farley was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Adams of Fulton, former residents of this community. The many friends of the family join in extending sincere sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
