The City of Denison has purchased both the Fairview Cemetery and the Maple Grove Cemetery from Ike Lindsey.  The property has been placed under the control of a board of citizens composed of Mrs. George Fledley, Mrs. B.F. Sheppard, Mrs. W.J. Leeper, Dr. E.R. Birch, Will B. Munson, George O. Morgan and R.T. Arthur.  The consideration paid was $8,000.
