Thursday, October 8, 1981 pg. 1 Services were held Tuesday, October 6, 1981 at Johnson-Moore Chapel in Denison for Dr. Richard Winston Stewart, 52-year-old veterinarian of Cleveland, Texas, formerly of Howe, who died Friday, October 1981, in a Houston hospital. Rev. Tony Salisbury of First Christian Church officiated with burial at Fairview Cemetery. Dr. Stewart was born in Denison, son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Stewart, attended Denison schools, Wentworth Military Academy in Missouri and Texas A&M Veterinarian School. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and American Veterinary Medicine Association. Surviving are his parents of Denison; son, Richard Michael Stewart of Irving; daughters, Sue Ann Widmier and Rhonda Stewart, both of Irving; and Debbie Price of Arlington; and 5 grandchildren.
