Funeral services for  Carl C. Jones, 80, were held at Bratcher Chapel Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.  Dr. Bob N. Ramsay officiated and interment was in Fairview cemetery.
Mr. Jones, who lived at 1500 W. Crawford, was a retired gunsmith.  He died Saturday, February 1, at Temple, Texas, after 6 months of illness.
The remains were brought to Denison for burial.
He was born in Tennessee June 4, 1877, son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Jones.
He was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Marie Stalcupp Jones; a son, C.C. Jones, Jr., Kansas City, Missouri; a daughter, Mrs. Doretha Fitzhugh, Temple; a brother, Paul Jones, Spring Valley, California; a sister, Mrs. W.B. Russell, Denison; and 3 grandchildren.
