Of Congestive chills, at the residence on west Main street, at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 13th, 1879, William A., son of Mr. and Mrs. J.K. Daughters, aged 18 months.

"Too pure for earth, he had become
A sweet and lovely flower,
An angel came and bore him home,
To bloom in Eden's bower."
