Joseph W. Bailey

Funeral
services were held Tuesday afternoon, April 18, at Bratcher-Moore
chapel, for Joseph W. Bailey, of Albuquerque, N.M., formerly of
Denison, who died at his home last Saturday after 8 months of illness.
Rev. E. A. Manley officiated and burial was in Fairview cemetery with
Bratcher-Moore in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bailey was born in Denison January 4, 1902, the
son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. A. Bailey. He received his schooling in
Denison, and was employed by the Santa Fe railroad.
He is survived by his widow and a daughter, Mrs. Nancy Earl January of
Albuquerque; four brothers, Raymond S., and Robert E. of Denison;
Walter A. of Dallas and Jack of Tulsa; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Head
and Mrs. R. O. Sharon of Tulsa; and Mrs. G. J. Goltra of Texarkana.
