Mr. Robertson was born near Owensboro, Kentucky, and was fifty nine

he left Denison, and spent several years in various pursuits in
Arkansas, Mississippi and this state. About 1894 he returned to Denison
from Ennis, Texas, which had been his home for some time. Here he
practiced his profession, and in April, 1904, he was elected city
attorney for two years. Mr. Robertson was twice married. He had three
children by his first wife; only one survives, Mrs. A. G. Gunn, who has
been a resident of this city for several years. He had two children by
his second wife; one only surviving, Albert, a student in the Texas
University. The wife and son were at the beside when the husband and
father passed away.
