Saturday, August 22, 1936 pg. 1 AGED WOMAN DIES SATURDAY MORNING AT HOME IN DENISON Mrs. Henry Anna Palmer, 75, died at 10:50 a.m. today in her home, 501 East Sears street after a short illness. She had been a resident of that address for the past 35 years. Born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, March 29, 1861, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Sublatt, she was reared and educated there, later marrying Noah T. Palmer April 5, 1883. She was a member of the Baptist church. Surviving are one son, C.H. Palmer, Loganport, Louisiana; 2 daughters, Mrs. Margaret Short and Mrs. Jewel Palmer of Denison; 1 sister, Mrs. Alline Durham, Bowling Green, Kentucky; and several grand and great-grandchildren. Services were held Sunday from the Short-Murray chapel, Rev. J.F. Murrell officiating. Interment was made at Fairview Cemetery, Short-Murray directing.
