Monday, August 24, 1942 pg.1 Following an illness of one week, Clarence Richardson, Jr., 21, residing at 919 West Bond St., son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Richardson, of Denison, died this morning at 12:05 at a local hospital. He was a Katy Brakeman. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from Short-Murray chapel, followed by interment in Fairview cemetery Richardson was born here June 1, 1921, and was graduated in 1938 from the Denison High School and from the Nevada State Board on November 11, 1939 was graduated as a pharmacist. He received a degree in pharmacy from the Capital College of Pharmacist, Denver, Colorado, October 1939. He was employed by the Bear drug store for several years, later taking over management of the Airport Dairy. He entered railroad service in February this year. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen. Surviving are his widow; parents; daughter, Carol Jean Richardson; a sister, Alma Jean Richardson of Denison; and a number of distant relatives.
