Wednesday, April 15, 1936 pg. 1 CHAS. A. JENNINGS DIES AT DALLAS MONDAY NITE AFTER 5 YEAR ILLNESS Chas. A. Jennings, 65, retired casket salesman, formerly a Denison resident, but, who has made his home in Dallas for the past 30 years, died at his home on Thomas avenue Monday night. He had been ill for the past five years. His wife formerly Miss Mabel Ragland, was a Denison woman and was buried here October 6, 1925, as a small boy he came to this city, coming to manhood and marrying here. Funeral services were conducted at Dallas Thursday morning and interment was made in this city at Fairview at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon with Short-Murray directing. Surviving are two brothers, Ben of Hardeville, Missouri; and Oscar of Muray, Kentucky. A sister, Mrs. Ernest Shalten, lives at Springfield, Missouri. Mable Jennings 1872 - 1925 s/o Chas. A.
