Friday, February 23, 1951 pg. 4 DEATHS Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Bratcher-Moore chapel for Mrs. Ruby Pearl Grundy, 46, wife of Felix Grundy, Denison barber, who died at her home Thursday evening after three months of illness. Dr. H.C. Henderson, pastor of Waples Memorial church officiated and burial was in Fairview cemetery with Bratcher-Moore funeral directors in charge. Mrs. Grundy was born in Greenville, October 10, 1904, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.H. McLain. She was educated in Greenville, and married in Denison March 29, 1928. The Grundy home is at 431 E. Sears. She was a member of Waples Methodist church. Survivors include her husband and parents of Denison; a son, Jimmy Grundy of Texarkana; two brothers, Ronnie McLain, Denison and Richard McLain, Charleston, S.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Earl Waters, Denison, and Mrs. Fannie Hicks, Dallas.
