Monday, December 9, 1940 pg 1 Tillman Chandler, 67, resident of Denison for half a century, died of heart trouble at a local hospital following an illness of three days, all of which were spent in the hospital. He resided at 1207 W. Crawford street. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today from the Denison Funeral Home chapel, Rev. Jack Olgesby officiating. Mr. Chandler was born August 19, 1873 at Kosse Texas and was reared and educated in Denison. He was married to Mrs. Alice Boucher November 12, 1917 here and was a member of the Episcopal Church and Eagles Lodge. Mrs. Chandler died in 1937. Surviving are three step-sons, I. H. Boucher, T. L. Boucher and J. J. Boucher of Alabama; and a daughter, Mrs. E. C. Allen of Denison.
