CHEROKEE NEWS  The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, February 21, 1886 pg. 4 OUR NEIGHBORS The following prominent citizens of the Territory , visited our city the past week: Peg Walters, a stockman of the Cherokee nation, was in the city Wednesday. Mr. Dave Derst, a ranchman of Jack Fork county, Choctaw nation, was on our streets the early part of the week. Cap. Crocker, of Choteau, Cherokee nation, was in the city Friday. Mr. Alec McIntosh of Webber Falls, Cherokee nation, is visiting in the city.
