OSCAR MOSS DEAD
Oscar Moss, who was sentenced from Grayson county last January to 5 years in the state penitentiary for robbery with firearms, died in the penitentiary at Huntsville from influenza, according to word received here.  Moss was sentenced at the same time his brother, John Moss, was convicted and was also under sentence from Cooke county for a similar offense.
Moss' death makes the fourth from Grayson county that has occurred in the state penitentiary this year, Mark Johnson, Negro, Chas. Schneider, and one other besides Moss dying - Sherman Democrat
