Mrs. Vella Cannady Dies At Collinsville Collinsville - Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Richards-Beck Chapel, Whitesboro, for Mrs. Vella Cannady, 86, who died at 12:45 p.m. Saturday at her home after several months illness. Willis Dean, Church of Christ minister, will officiate. Interment will be in Ethel Cemetery east of here. Grandsons and nephews will be pallbearers. Mrs. Cannady was born Sept. 16, 1880, in Macon, Ga., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Scoggin. She was married to Norman E. Cannady in 1901. She was a member of the Collinsville Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Bundy and Mrs. Alline Graham, both of Collinsville; four granddaughters and seven great-grandchildren.
