Bateman five miles west of Dorchester, died at 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the family home. The body was prepared for burial by Haynes & Scott of this city and interment was made in Ethel Cemetery Saturday afternoon. Wilburn W. Bateman 23 January 1919 - 13 June 1994 Ocie B. Hill Bateman 18 August 1934 - 1 January 2007 Debra Ann Bateman, 67, of Richardson, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the Medical City Dallas Hospital.
She was born on May 10, 1954 in Sherman, Texas, daughter of Clayton and Wanda Bateman. Debbie loved God and sharing His word. She loved her dogs, flowers, making friends, butterflies, family get-togethers and vacations in the mountains. She is survived by her husband, Jeffery; brother, Jerry Bateman; sister, Judy Camp and husband, Chuck; niece, Jerri Lyn Gray and husband, Nick, and their children, Coby, Mason, and Brock; nephew, T.W. Bateman and Liz Bayona; niece, Jamie Green and husband, Josh and their children, Connor and Allison; niece, Briana Camp Gomez and husband, Robert and their daughter, Lily Gomez; aunts, Mary Ballinger, Joy Ferguson and husband, Herbert; Linda Johnson and Pat Rochelle and husband, Fred; uncle, Jack Hill and wife, Peggy. Debbie is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
