Services for Donna R. Eriksen, 72, of Celina will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009 at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Dripping Springs Cemetery.
She passed away on Nov. 23, 2009 at the Centennial Medical Center in Frisco.
Donna was born on July 28, 1937 the daughter of Sam and Maxine Reeve Nevins.
She married Jesse Eriksen on April 21, 1955. He preceded her in death on Sept. 28, 1998. Donna later married James Eriksen. Donna loved antiquing and Christmas with the kids.
She is survived by her husband, James Eriksen of Celina; sons, Scott Eriksen and wife Norma of Plano, and Brian Eriksen and wife Sandra of Sherman; daughter, Brenda Pedigo and husband Gary of Denison; grandchildren, Dalton Eriksen, Chase Eriksen, Monika Eriksen, Erika Eriksen, Brayden Eriksen, Whitney Pedigo and Trey Pedigo, great grandchildren, Cayden Maynard and Maddison Eriksen. She is also survived by her brother, Richard Nevins and wife Rose of Plano, and cousin, Marie Cothern and husband Bill of Walker, La.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; first husband; daughter, Michelle Eriksen and brother, Johnny Nevins.
Family night will be from 6 -7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 27 at Waldo Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Dalton Eriksen, Chase Eriksen, Trey Pedigo, Beau Carter, Terry Woods and Al Piland.
