Earnest Alfonso Morrow, age 78, entered into eternal life, Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at Texoma Medical Center.
Mr. Morrow was born November 20, 1931 in Childress County the son of Clayton and Edith (Hobbs) Morrow. Earnest worked for Grayson County Barn Precinct 2 as a mechanic for over 21 years. He loved the outdoors working with horses and cattle. Ernest was also an avid hunter. He was of the Baptist faith. Ernest was a loving father, grandfather, great- grandfather and brother. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Morrow is survived by his loving family, daughter, Kathy Forisha and husband, Tommy of Plano, TX and son, Steven Morrow and fiance, Lisa Siebert of Denison, TX; grandchildren, Joshua Forisha, Jonathan Forisha, Misty Burchfield, Ashley Alexander and Cody Morrow and wife, Jessica; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Hayden, Gracie, Brently and Bailey; brother, Billy Morrow and wife, Forrestine of Whitesboro, TX; nephews, Forrest Morrow and Scott Morrow and wife, Teri. Earnest was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gerry Morrow and son, Larry Dale Morrow.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Pastor Chuck Dodd officiating. Interment will follow at Dixie Cemetery in Whitesboro, Texas. Family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2010 at Fisher Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Forisha, Cody Morrow, Jonathan Forisha, Micah Daugherty, Forrest Morrow and Scott Morrow.
