A Widow Woman Ends her Life in Denison

Last night a lady giving the name of Mrs. Brown came in on a train from the north and stated to the conductor when she got to Denison
that she had no money or friends in Denison.  He kindly offered her his room, while he himself went to a hotel.  The next morning at
10 o'clock, thinking that she had gone away, he went to his room and found
the door locked on the inside.  He bursted in and found the

WOMAN DEAD,
shot through the breast.  She had once been a music teacher in Denison but had been to Missouri on a visit.  Justice Mosley of Denison being out of town, Justice Hinkle of Sherman held the inquest, and the jury rendered the verdict of suicide.
