Five Years in the Penitentiary

Sherman, Tex. June 9, - The jury returned a verdict of guilty and assessed the penalty at five years in the state penitentiary in the case of E. F. Kinman, in which his stepdaughter, Ella Pickle, was the prosecutrix. The offense charged was of a sensational nature.
