 Charles Roy Withrow, Sr., 89, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.
Mr. Withrow was born November 24, 1930 in Akron, Ohio, son of James and Mary Louise Upton Withrow. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army where he retired a MSG. Mr. Withrow is survived by his family: wife, Winifred Irene Withrow; sons, Charles R. Withrow, Jr. of Tom Bean, Texas; and Timothy Withrow of Denver, Colorado; and daughter, Cynthia Withrow of Denison, Texas. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Withrow; and his parents. Mr. Withrow was cremated according to his wishes. No services were planned. Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, Denison, Texas.
