  Herman Hershell Williams, 88, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018 at Stone Brook in Denison.
Mr. Williams was born April 20, 1930 in Morgantown, North Carolina, son of Thomas and Ella Patton Williams. He worked his way up the ranks and proudly served as a Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Air Force before retiring. Herman married the love of his life, Donna Forseth, on July 31, 1953 in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the years, he worked for Jack Smart Realty, Action Real Estate and LOF. He loved sailing and rebuilding cars. Mr. Williams leaves behind his beloved family: children, Mark Williams and wife, Robbie, of Denison; Kathy Oden of McKinney; Wendy Jones of Denison; Scott Williams and wife, Andrea, of Bullhead City, Arizona; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Herman was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and 2 brothers, Colon Williams and Tom Williams; and son-in-law, George Jones. In honor of Mr. Williams wishes there were no service and he was cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the charity of your choice.
