  Phyllis Jeanene Waw, 80, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2018 at Texoma Medical Center.
Phyllis was born October 8, 1937 in Sherman, Texas, daughter of Dorman Ferguson and Mildred Everage Ferguson. She graduated from Southmayd High School. Mrs. Waw enjoyed gardening, fishing, going to the lake, watching "Wheel of Fortune," and was a great cook. Phyllis retired from Grayson County where she worked as a Law Librarian. Phyllis is survived by her sons, Eddie Waw, Jr. and wife, Trenna; and Harvey A. Waw; grandchildren, Donovan Eugene Waw and wife, Kristen; Keely Dawn Smitherman and husband, Justin; Lauren Robinson and husband, K.C.; great-grandchildren: Dylan, Cade, Drew, Abby and Brynlee; nieces and nephews: Steve Ferguson; Craig Ferguson; Chris Waw; Shane Carroll; Leann Waw; Monica Baily; Vance Ferguson; and Tayana Ferguson.
