 WHITESBORO - Sandra Lee Smith, 67, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2007 at The Homestead in Sherman.
She was born on December 27, 1939 in Red Rock, Oklahoma to Gordon and Florence (Wallace) Burnside. She married Byron Smith on July 20, 1961. He preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, Randy Smith of Garland and Russell Smith of Denton; a sister, Pat Van Zandt of Whitesboro; a brother, Bill Burnside; and five grandchildren. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. No services were planned.
