- Claude Elwin Robinson, 76, of Sadler passed away at his home on
Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Cremation arrangements were under
the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. The family
held a private memorial service.
He was born February 2, 1942 in Gunter, Texas to Timothy D. and Emily Viola Mayo Robinson. He married Pat Hawkins on August 21, 1993 in Cooke Co. He worked for Texas Instruments for many years, retiring there in 2000. He enjoyed wood working, traveling and old westerns and was an avid NASCAR fan. Claude was a member of the Whitesboro Masonic Lodge #263 A.F. & A.M. He is survived by his wife of Sadler; daughters, Jane Robinson of Collinsville; Janet Talbert (Christy) of Galveston; Michelle King (Neal) of Era; and Sherrie Hampton of Irving; sons, Michael Robinson (Melinda) of Sherman; Benjamin Robinson (Jennifer) of Howe; and Craig Taylor (Sherry) of Colorado; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Wilburn Robinson.
