- Memorial services for Darrell Keith Pippin, 64, were held Friday, May
20, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church of Gordonville with Rev.
Jim Hardwick officiating. Memorial services were under the direction of
the Pippin Family. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of
Meador Funeral Home. He passed away at his home on May 17, 2011.
Darrell Keith Pippin was born on January 31, 1947 to Carl and Bessie (Parker) Pippin in Roanoke, Texas. He was preceded in death by a son, Mickey Comer; his wife, Dian Pippin; his parents, Carl and Bessie Pippin; and five brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughter, Lauralee Denton of Gordonville, Texas; his sons, Holland Pippin and wife, Toni, of Gordonville, Texas; Joey Pippin of Watauga, Texas and Charles Pippin of Gordonville, Texas; 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
