Kenneth "Ken" Allen Mayo passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023, in Sherman, Texas.
He was born November 17, 1952 at Perrin Field Air Force Base in Denison.  He was a son of Billy and Doris Ruble Mayo.
Ken graduated from Denison High School.   He worked in the oilfield and for a time he worked overseas for Haliburton.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Mayo and wife, Becky, of Denison; nieces and nephews: Sarah Ewton, Emirly Barnett, Mark Auten, Tracey Hale, Colby Hale, Hunter Hale and Stephanie Taylor.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Cathy Hale.
Ken was cremated per his wishes and no services were planned.
