Glen Ray Hemingway, 69, entered into eternal life, December 6, 2019 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.
Mr. Hemingway was born February 5, 1950 in Midland, Texas, son of Charles Reuben and Mary Kay Woolard Hemingway. Glen grew up in Midland and graduated from Midland High School, Class of 1968. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army Glen loved the old time classic country and western music. He was a very talented guitar and fiddle player. He loved his family and was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and brother. Glen leaves behind his wife, Betty Hemingway, of Gordonville, Texas; son, Kevin Hemingway and wife, Tammy, of Kentucky; daughter, Khele Alland and husband, Chris, of Burleson, Texas; stepsons, Todd Scott and wife, Michelle, of Texas; David Scott of Texas; and Matthew Harris of Texas; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Charlie Hemingway, of Oklahoma; and sister, Linda Trapper, of Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Carol Mullis. Mr. Hemingway was cremated according to his wishes. Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home in Denison, Texas.
