Rose "Cookie" Reutter Hall, 80, passed away peacefully on
Tuesday, September 5, 2023. She was born January 17, 1943,
daughter of Earl and Martha Jacob Reutter.
Cookie worked for many years and retired from GTE Corp., Bloomington, Illinois. She truly enjoyed bowling and was an outstanding bowler; fishing was also one of her favorites. After retirement she so loved and enjoyed spending all her time with her grandchildren, family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. If you knew Cookie, we are sure you have a cherished memory. Surviving are 2 daughters, Angie Fortner and husband, David; and Simone Siegmund (Amanda); 4 grandchildren: Dustin Fortner and wife, Jessica; Cole Fortner and wife, Taylor; Jade Fortner; and Trinity Hall; 2 great-grandchildren: Olivia and Leighton Fortner. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Glenn Reutter and wife, Gloria; sister, Twylla "Toots" Brucker and husband, Pete. Cookie was cremated per her wishes; no services were held.
