  Robin
Ruth Dedrick was born December 10, 1972 and passed from this life on
Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Methodist Hospital in Dallas after an
extended illness and short bout with Covid-19.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Nancy Harris Hatch. Robin is survived by her husband, Antwaun Dawson and their children, AJ Dawson, Devin Dawson, Delaney Dawson, Tateum Dawson, and Madelyn Dawson. Grandchildren: Kingston Dawson, Alaya Dawson, and one arriving in April 2021. Also by her siblings: brothers, Richard Hatch; Eddie Hatch and Donald Hatch; and sister, Bobbie Thompson and their families. Robin graduated from Sherman High School, TWU and received her Master's Degree in Social Work from East Texas. She used her education and caring nature to help others, from Early Childhood intervention to Hospice Care. "I've learned that people will forget what you said; people will forget what you did; but people will never forget how you made them feel." - - - Maya Angelou Following Robin's wishes, she was cremated and her family had a small memorial service Saturday morning, March 20, 2021 at Waldo Funeral Home.
