Alvey "Big Al" Deon Curry passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021. Al was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Al was born October 13, 1964 in Roisclare, Illinois, son of Herschel and Nellie Curry. Al was married to the love of his life, Joanna Curry on November 10, 1984. They were married for 36 years.
Al had a love for riding motorcycles and watching motorcross. Al enjoyed his rock music, loved spending time with his family. He would commonly say he was a jack of all trades and a master of none.
Al leaves behind his wife, of Sherman; son, Steven Curry and wife, Ashlyn, of Sherman; son, Justin Curry and wife, Amanda,, of Bells; grandsons, Brock, Cannon, and Austin; and granddaughter Paityn; sister, Margie Shores of Texarkana; and sister-in-law, Kathy Curry of Sherman.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Willard and Steve Curry.
Al's wishes were to be cremated and to have no memorial service. - - - Fisher Funeral Home
