 John
Wayne Cook, age 68, of Denison, Texas, passed away at his residence on
Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Mr. Cook was a life time resident of this area.
John married Jean Slinkle Cook on January 17, 1989 in Las Vegas,
Nevada. He was a truck driver. He was a member of New Beginnings
Church. He is survived by his wife, Jean Cook, of the home, four
sisters and five brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. He was
preceded in death by his parents, I. B. & Dottie Isabelle Herd Cook
and three brothers. His desire was
