services for Bobby Joe Leverett 78, of Gainesville will be 10:00 a.m.
Friday, April 4th, at Meador-Clement-Keel Chapel with Rev. Lonnie
Dotson officiating. Barney Gilbreath, Ricky McCaffey, Clegg Hazel,
Frank Lorne, Ken Case and L.A. Bridges will serve as pallbearers.
Burial will follow in Nelson Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from
6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Leverett
passed away Friday, March 28, 2014 at his residence. Bobby was born in Collinsville, Texas January 4, 1936, the son of Cecil and Virgie (Jarman) Leverett. He married Emma Floyd September 8, 1956 in Love County, Oklahoma. Mr. Leverett worked as a machinist. Mr. Leverett is survived by his wife, Emma Leverett; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Christie Leverett of Woodbine and Ronnie and Kathy Leverett of Woodbine; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Carol Leverett of Collinsville and sister-in-law, Lou Allma Leverett of Kingston, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Bill and Jerry Leverett.
