Granbury - Billy Joe Blakely, 75, Passed Away Tuesday, May 11, 2004, in Ft. Worth.
Funeral services will be at noon Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church in Granbury.  Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Collinsville Cemetery in Collinsville, Texas.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wiley Funeral Home.  Memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church of Granbury or the Pecan Plantation Emergency Service.
Bill was born to Aris and Era Blakely in Collinsville, Texas, on March 4, 1929.  He graduated from Collinsville High School, and began his life long career in the Oil Industry in Goldsmith, Texas, in 1947. After a two year tour of duty in the United State Army, stationed in Germany, he returned to West Texas, and from there he went to South America with Gulf Oil Corporation.
Bill was a Master Mason in the Blue Lodge, a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies and the Suez Shrine and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Granbury.
Bill was preceded in death by a daughter, Belinda Jane; his parents, Aris and Era Blakely; his beloved brother James Earl Blakely; and a sister, Marie Phillips.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Blakely of Granbury; daughters, Teena Leary and husband, Steve of Garland, Cheryl Blakely of Dallas; grandchildren, Jonathan, Claire and Jack; sisters, Retta McFarland of Midland and Sammie Crockett of Harlingen; step-grandchildren, Julie and Ryan Leary of Dallas; many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews who lovingly knew Bill as "Bobo".

GRAVESIDE SERVICES FOR BLAKELY INFANT
Born May 19, 1960 and Died May 22, 1960
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Collinsville Cemetery for Belinda Jane Blakely, 4 day-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy B lakely of Port La Cruz, Venezuela, formerly of Collinsville.  The child died at 1 p.m. Sunday, in an Odessa hospital where she was born Thursday.
The Rev. Alba Bates of Collinsville, Presbyterian minister, conducted the services.  Richards-Beck Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors besides the parents, are two sisters, Teena Marie and Cheryl Jo Blakely, and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Roark of Tioga and Mr. and Mrs. A. Blakely of Collinsville.
