Heath 7 July 1921 - 1 April 2005 MM3 US Navy WWII The Herald Democrat July 28 to July 29, 2011 COLLINSVILLE - Funeral Services for Cleta Van (Todd) Heath, 88, will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2011 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, with Rev. Jerry Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Collinsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 -8 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2011 at the funeral home. Mrs. Heath passed away July 27, 2011 at her home in Collinsville surrounded by her family. Cleta was born on Dec. 7, 1922 in Collinsville to James Marion and Bessie (Craig) Todd. She married Chester Heath on April 30, 1941 in Raymondville. Cleta was a member of the First Baptist Church of Collinsville and the North Central Fine Arts Association. She loved to paint and work in her flower garden. Cleta adored her family and spending time with them. Her brother and sister would come over to her home and spend the afternoons with her every day. Cleta also enjoyed spending time with her many friends. Cleta is survived by her son, Richard G. Heath and wife Beverly of Grapevine; a granddaughter, Candace Keele and husband Randall of Corsicana; great grandchildren, Anthony, Chelsea and Randi Keele of Corsicana; a brother, Sam Todd of Whitesboro; a sister, Juanell Cox and husband, Clyde of Collinsville; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents, James and Bessie Todd; husband, Chester Heath; sisters, Donnie Mae Hite, Rene Cannon and Joan Carney and brothers, Howard Todd, C.D. "Tex" Todd and Homer Todd. Pallbearers are; Mack Todd, Heath Todd, Jerry Cannon, Eddie Cannon, Don Cox, Matthew Cox and James Todd.
