January 10, 1963 MRS. EVIDUE BRUCE FUNERAL SERVICES HELD DEC. 31 Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 31 at 2:30 p.m. in the Collinsville Methodist Church for Mrs. Evidue Bruce, 93. The Rev. W.D. Craig, Methodist minister, conducted the services assisted by the Rev. Alba Bates and Marvin Eddy, minister of the Church of Christ. Burial was in the Collinsville Cemetery under direction of Vernie Keel Funeral Home of Gainesville. She was a life long member of the Methodist church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Her husband, W.L. Bruce, preceded her in death in 1931. Survivors include one son, Earl Bruce of Collinsville; one nephew; and two great nieces.
