of Collinsville, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Richards-Beck Funeral
Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas. Mr. Shores, 69, died in a veterans hospital in Albuquerque, N.M., following an illness of several years. Marvin Eddy, Church of Christ minister, will conduct the services and burial will be in Collinsville, Cemetery. He was born October 30, 1893, in Collinsville, the son of Mr. and Mrs. P.T. Shores. In 1927 he married Miss Nina Davis at Nocona, Texas. He was a painter and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife; four brothers, John Shores of Collinsville; H.W. and E. R. Shores of Dallas, Texas three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Buie of Collinsville and Mrs. Roy Stewart and Mrs. H.H. Leach of Fort Worth, Texas.
