ERBY P. NEVIL
Collinsville - Services for Erby Preston Nevil of Collinsville, 78-year-old retired carpenter and farmer who died Saturday in Dallas, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Huff Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Charles Hite and George H. Stephenson will officiate, with burial in Collinsville Cemetery.
Mr. Nevil was born in Carrollton County, Tenn., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Erby Nevil, and married Mildred Floyd June 16, 1944, in Dallas.  He was a Baptist.
Surviving are his wife; sons, Terry Nevil and Mervin Neil, both of Dallas; daughters, Louise Rodgers and Virginia Whitting, both of Fort Worth; brothers, Wilburn Nevil of Grand Prairie, Melvin Nevil and Owen Nevil, both of Louisville, Ky., Elmer Nevil of Tennessee and Tom Nevil of Michigan; sisters, Gennell Hub.... and Dora Worship, both of Louisville, Midred McDaniel of Dresden, Tenn., and Willie Webb of Tennessee; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday.
