Lewisville - Inez Ruth Oleksyn, 78, of Lewisville, passed away on Thursday, February 07, 2008.  She was born on April 7, 1929 in Sherman to Henry G. and Alvina Bodovsky Lubbers.  She married Billie Gene Faulkner on June 22, 1949; he preceded her in death on October 26, 1981.  She then married Michael Oleksyn on August 10, 1985; he preceded her in death on July 12, 2005. 
Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008, at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Pilot Point.  Burial will follow at Collinsville Cemetery.  Rosary will be held on Friday, February 8, 2008 at 7 p.m. at Huff/Slay Funeral Home in Pilot Point.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna R. Faulkner White and husband, LeGros of Lewisville and Debra Falkner Eary and husband, David of Richmond, VA.  She is also survived by five stepchildren; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  Two brothers, Leo Lubbers and Jerry Lubbers, also precede her in death. 
Services are under the direction of Huff/Slay Funeral Home, Pilot Point, TX.
