MURRAY GOING BACK HOME

"Oh take me back to our old home town
There's where I would like to be;
They're planning for a happy time
And a grand old jubilee.

They have sent out invitations
To comrades far and near
And a cordial invitation reached Paden here.

I would like to hear our Governor speak
In the old home town that day
But likely I will not get to go
It seems so far away.

Oklahoma is proud of him
And Texas seems to be,
Yes, all of us would like to see
Him president in 1933."
