The Denison Herald Sunday, October 16, 1921 pg. 7 DEATH ROLL Mrs. Mary A. Landmon Mrs. Mary A. Landmon, widow, 72 years old, died at 9 o'clock this morning at the home of her son, J.L. Landmon, two miles west of the city, after a year's illness. Mrs. Landmon was born Jan. 9, 1850, in Montgomery, Ala., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Thompson. She came to Texas with her parents when a child. When married to Mr. Landmon, they made their home in Lorenzo. At his death she moved here and made her home with her son. She gave birth to five children, three of whom survive her. They are J.V. Landmon of Whitesboro, W.E. Landmon at Lorenzo, and J.L. Landmon of Denison. The funeral will be held from the home at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Burial will be in Coffman cemetery, Swank, funeral director.
