Burton, 46 years old, a resident of Denison throughout his life, died
at the Denison City Hospital Wednesday morning at 7 o'clock after an
illness of the last 2 weeks. He was removed from his home on
Route No. 4, southwest of Denison, to the hospital Tuesday. Farming had been his life's vocation. Surviving are his mother and one brother, F.B. Burton, Route No. 4. Funeral services will be held at Short-Murray's funeral chapel Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock with interment in Layne Cemetery.
