Wednesday, August 28, 1912 pg. 5 SUDDEN DEATH F.H. Johnson Passed Away in His Watermelon Patch Denison, August 28 - F.H. Johnson, aged 68 years, died suddenly at his home 4 miles southwest of Denison yesterday morning. The deceased had gone into his watermelon patch when he suddenly became ill and expired in a few moments. Mr. Johnson was a native of Tennessee, being born at Burkesville in Cumberland county. He came to Denison 27 years ago and had lived near Denison nearly ever since. He is survived by his wife and 2 sons, Fraley and John of this city. Funeral services were held at 1 o'clock this afternoon at the house, Rev . O.B. Falls, pastor of the First Baptist Church of this city, officiating. Interment was at Coffman Cemetery.
