Friday, February 22, 1935 P.E. Donahoe Dies Friday at Hospital Patrick E. Donahue [sic] 65, farmer and car shop workman residing on route No. 4, died at 4:18 a.m. Friday at a local hospital following an illness of 2 weeks. Mr. Donahue had been in the hospital 11 days. He was born July 15, 1869 at Pilot Grove, Missouri, son of Mr. and Mrs. P.E. Donahoe. He married at Boonville, Missouri in 1895 and came to Denison from Boonville in 1909. Surviving are 4 sons, John, William, Henry and Frank Do nahue, all of Denison; one daughter, Mrs. W.L. Mace of Denison; one brother, J.H. Donahue [sic] of Speed, Missouri; and 4 grandchildren. Funeral services were to be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Short-Murray chapel, Rev. L.R. Lamb officiating. Burial was to be at Clark [sic] cemetery.
