Friday, February 7, 1958 pg. 3 Funeral services for R.N. Wagner of Cherry Mound were held at Bratcher Funeral Chapel Sunday afternoon at 2:30 with Rev. Sam Baugh and Rev. J.R. Thornton officiating. Interment was in Cherry Mound Cemetery with Bratcher in charge. Wagner was born in Denison March 8, 1900, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Wagner. He was married June 18, 1922 to Bertha Field. He was a farmer, and had lived all his life in the Cherry Mound community. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. R.N. Wagner, Cherry Mound; 4 sons, Arthur M. and Donald Wagner, both of Denison; Raymond of Los Angeles; and Robert Wagner of Cherry Mound; 3 daughters, Mrs. A.J. Hodge, Denison; Mrs. Weldon Garner and Miss Mary Jane Wagner, both of Cherry Mound; 3 brothers, Harry Wagner, Denison; Ralph Wagner of McAllen; and Earl Wagner of Ardmore; 2 sisters, Mrs. Allen Raines and Mrs. Cecil Smith, both of Denison; and 16 grandchildren.
