(Bonham, TX) March 27, 1910 M. Watson Dies Near Old Warren - Was Eighty-Seven Years of Age Saturday afternoon M. Watson, who had been a resident of Fannin and Grayson counties for the past sixty nine years died at his home six miles north of Bells Saturday afternoon. For many years Mr. Watson lived north of Bonham on what is known as the Journey plantation. He professed religion at a big camp meeting in Bonham and joined the Methodist church in this city in 1851. He lived his religion, and was honored and respected by all who knew him. The funeral occurred at Cherry Mound grave yard, near Old Warren, Sunday afternoon.
