Sherman - Services for Mrs.
Roxie Young, who died Friday at her home, will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. at
the Daniel-Gray C.M.E. Church with the Rev. R. L. Humphrey officiating and
burial will be in the Cedarlawn Memorial Park under direction of Boyd and Smith
Mortuary.
Young was born in Whitewright, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim
Davis and she attended the Whitewright schools.
She was married to Jesse
Andrew and later to Silas Young, both deceased. Young was a member of the
Daniel-Gray C.M.E. Church in Sherman.
She is survived by sons, Leonard Andrew
of Sherman and Lawrence Andrew of McKinney; sister, Jennie Edmondson of Sherman
and nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at home
in Sherman.
