Established 1948   Ms. Andrews was a retired waitress and a member of the Pentecostal Church. She is survived by a son, Larry Shackelford of Alabama; daughter, Joann Armstrong of Boswell, Oklahoma; sister, Wanda Catalon of Sherman; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Ms. Andrews was preceded in death by her husband Fred; a son Troy James Shackelford; daughter Phyllis Shackelford. Funeral services for Ms. Andrews will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at Cedarlawn Chapel On The Hill with Greg Hatch officiating. Interment will follow in Cedarlawn Memorial Park.
