Established 1948   Jeremy Lee Allen, age 19, of Sherman, Texas, formerly of Denison, Texas, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. Jeremy was born on May 10, 1989 in Ada, Oklahoma to Hershell Lee and Kathy Deann Binkley Allen. Jeremy graduated in 2008 from Denison High School and played football for the Denison Yellow Jackets. He was employed by Champion Coolers as a machinist. He is survived by his mother, Kathy Watson of Sherman, Texas, father, Hershell Allen of Dallas, Texas, sisters, Jessica Allen and finance Casey Riddles of Whitesboro, Texas, and Christy Watson of Sherman, Texas, grandmother, Leota Allen of Dallas, Texas, grandparents, Claude and Delores Binkley Jr., of Sherman, Texas, great grandfather, Claude Binkley Sr., Sherman, Texas godparents, Jeff and Tina Hoover of Denison, Texas, childhood best friend, Justin Hoover of Denison, Texas and stepfather, Roy Watson of Dorchester, Texas. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Joyce Binkley and great grandmother, Jewel Binkley. Pallbearers will be Casey Riddles, Justin Hoover, Jason Pettit, Wray Reeves, Randy Pettit, and Jeff Hoover. Family visitation will be Monday, April 6, 2009 from 6 - 8 pm at American Funeral Service, 4312 W Crawford, Denison, Texas. Graveside services will be conducted at Cedarlawn Cemetery at 2 pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 with, Pastor Ken Dacus officiating. Interment to follow at Cedarlawn in Sherman, Texas.
